Do I need prior experience?

No. Our beginner path starts from zero and builds fundamentals step-by-step: shape, value, color, composition, and workflow. If you already draw, you can test out of early lessons and focus on projects.

Which tools are supported?

Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and open-source alternatives like Krita. Lessons focus on transferable concepts, so you can follow with any modern drawing app that supports layers, brushes, and exports.

Are there certificates?

Yes. Verified certificates are issued after you complete the required projects and final review. Certificates include your name, course name, and completion date.

Can I learn from any country?

Absolutely. The platform is globally accessible and designed to be timezone-friendly. Live sessions (when available) are recorded, and deadlines use a clear UTC timestamp to avoid confusion.

How do payments work?

You can pay in full or in installments when offered for a cohort. After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an invoice/receipt. If your bank requires additional verification, follow the 3‑D Secure prompt.

What is the refund policy?

Refund eligibility depends on the course format and how much content has been accessed. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or can’t access materials, contact support as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Is it self‑paced or cohort‑based?

Both options exist. Cohorts add structure, group feedback, and project milestones. Self‑paced courses let you start anytime and progress at your own speed while still using the same lessons and resources.

Do I get feedback on my work?

Yes, when your plan includes reviews. You’ll submit project files and notes, then receive written critique and actionable next steps. Some cohorts also include live critique sessions with recordings.

What hardware do I need?

Any device that can run your chosen software and export standard image formats works. Many students use an iPad + stylus, while others use a PC/Mac with a pen tablet. A stable internet connection is recommended for streaming lessons.

How long do I have access to the course?

Access duration depends on the product. Many courses include long-term access, while cohort add-ons may have fixed windows for feedback. Your purchase page and confirmation email show the exact access terms.

Do you provide brushes, templates, or files?

When a lesson relies on specific assets, we include downloadable files such as brushes, color palettes, and templates. You can also use your own assets; the teaching focuses on principles rather than a single preset pack.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

First, verify the email address you used at checkout and try resetting your password. If you still can’t access your account, contact support with your purchase email and approximate purchase date so we can locate your enrollment.

Is the platform accessible?

We aim for accessible navigation and readable contrast. Most interactions are keyboard-friendly, and the FAQ uses native disclosure elements. When captions are available, they can be enabled per video.
